The Banyan tree grows in many parts of the World and wherever they are found there is usually a lot of folklore surrounding them. Here in Cambodia they are mostly found on the grounds of the Buddhist Wats. The Buddha found Enlightenment under one of these trees and so I guess it makes sense [...] I tell the stories of Miracles in my lifetime often and wrote about some of them in My Journey. They are always a source of personal comfort and encouragement whenever I share them. At times I have been the recipient and at other times only a player in someone else’s Miracle, but they do happen [...] February 2009 The first children’s dormitory in our new 20 year development program is going along quite well. The Lion’s Club of Taiwan is sparing no expense in construction materials and the manner in which they are constructing the building will guarantee us years of use. |
