Wat Opot was so fortunate to have former resident, Srey Oun come to visit again with her partner, Long.  Together they successfully made Wat Opot a lot more stylish!  In the last few months we have had to rely on a well used pair of clippers and dull scissors to keep hair trimmed and out of eyes.

After some well deserved hugs -because it had been over 6 months since she was able to visit, they got set up and down to business in the cafe.

Most of the boys who already had short hair got more style and many of the girls got cute little bobs.

Srey Oun did what she could to this little one who had given her bangs/fringe a trim a week earlier.

And after some convincing, this teen allowed her super thick hair to be lightened up a bit.

We are so fortunate that young adults like Srey Oun (who is a stylist at Kate Korpi Salon) continue to give their time and skill to Wat Opot which benefits all their younger brothers and sisters not only physically (in this case), but as a role model proving what can be achieved with hard work and a motivation to better yourself.
