YUM!

The kids LOVE preparing their own food; especially snacks.  It’s not always easy to let the kids make some food, because EVERYONE want to be involved, but with careful planning we can involve all the little chefs in the creation of treats.

Making jello is probably the easiest and can use up any left over fruit we may have.  With the amount needed we resorted to a large bin instead of trying to produce 50+ individual portions.

First off is cutting up the fruit in small pieces.  This particular batch includes bananas, pineapples and the beautiful dragon fruit.

Then adding the cooled jell0.
